Vincent L. Xavier
Vincent began working within the telecommunications industry in 2006 as a Paralegal/Financial Coordinator at General Dynamics. Upon Graduation from Brooklyn Law School in 2007, he took a position with HPC Wireless LLC as a Site Acquisition Agent and was placed on numerous projects. His largest project made him responsible for the rapid MetroPCS build-out of over 100 sites between Route 287 in White Plains to Newburgh in New York. In 2010, Mr. Xavier began working exclusively with Homeland Towers LLC. Originally focused on Southern NY, he is now pursuing projects throughout New York State and New Jersey. In addition to developing privately owned properties, he specializes in working directly with Municipalities to provide infrastructure to historically underserved areas by guiding the local officials through the process.
Mr. Xavier has played a significant role in the team that has constructed several sites on Municipal properties. Through these successes, he has expanded Homeland Towers’ business opportunities by acting as a local government consultant. Putnam County has recently tasked homeland Towers to analyze and develop a county-wide infrastructure plan for local emergency services. Additional municipalities are seeking to partner with HT similarly.
